Mindy Finn is the campaign's director of new media and technology, Virginia Davis is press secretary and Kim Ward is southwest political director.

Ward, of Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, had the same position in Santorum's 2000 campaign. She has held several positions with the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus and was a regional field director last year for President George Bush's re-election campaign.

Finn most recently was deputy director of the Republican National Committee's eCampaign, which advances the party's goals via e-mail and the Internet. Davis formerly was press secretary for Republican Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama.

We'd recommend hitting the ground running, ladies. Though the election is a year away, your boss badly trails his presumptive Democrat opponent next year, state Treasurer Robert Casey Jr., in recent polls."
